Feature:

Working Principle:
After the brown rice enters into the milling room through the flow regulating mechanism from the feed hopper, it is sent to the sand roller by the screw head and spirals along the surface of the sand roller. The sharp sand grains on the surface of the emery sand roller rotating at a certain linear speed are milled to the brown rice skin, and the rice grains and the rice grains, the rice grains and the rice sieve are abraded mutually to make them rough and white. At the same time, the feeding end of the main shaft is strongly sprayed with air assisted by the bran suction air net To force the bran powder out of the rice grain and the milling chamber and out of the sieve hole. In addition, the discharging port is equipped with a rice cooling device to further reduce the rice temperature, and the finished materials are cleaned twice.
